Ceremonies

Not only can we provide wonderful reception options but also provide unparalleled ceremony sites as well.  From our great lawn where your guests sit amongst our majestic trees with a view of the west bay (up to 150 guests) or an interior space of our Library (up to 50 guests).

 

The Great Lawn

Accommodates up to 200 guests

$250 Grounds Fee + $3 per chair for rental & set up with reception

$500 Grounds Fee + $3 per chair rental & set up without reception

 

Ceremonies are held in the front lawn (exact location to be determined by Event Director in consultation with host). When hosting a ceremony, bridal party may use upstairs restrooms for 1 hour prior to the ceremony, and ½ hour after.

 

Outdoor ceremonies require the re-routing of customer traffic. We are happy to do so for the duration of the ceremony, 5 minutes prior and for 5 minutes after. Outside of these parameters, other guests will have access to the driveway.

 

The Peninsula Room is used as a rain alternative (accommodates up to 150 quests).

 

Outdoor weddings must be conducted by 5PM

 

The Library

Accommodates up to 50 guests

$250 Facility Fee

 

House chairs are included in your facility rental fee. Additional use of our bridal suite ½ hour prior to ceremony and ½ hour after ceremony are included.

 

The Library as a rain alternative

Accommodates up to 50 guests

 

In order to offer a guaranteed alternative to rain, you will need to reserve the library as a precautionary measure.
